The Road To the Fuse Method

Root

Njeri, founder and coach at Sunchon Wellness, experienced ongoing health challenges including anemia and a fibroid diagnosis. This  led her to explore a more root-based approach to health.

Cause

She began to understand how stress affects the body and can show up as fatigue, dizziness, heavy cycles, and heart palpitations. These symptoms often dismissed as normal, reflected deeper imbalance in the body and nervous system.

Action

After studying Ayurveda in India and becoming a health coach, and meditation teacher, she created the Fuse Method to help others reconnect with and regulate their bodies.

You may be experiencing:

  • Digestive discomfort or heaviness after eating

  • Low or inconsistent energy

  • Poor or disrupted sleep

  • Brain fog or lack of focus

These are not random symptoms.

They are signs that stress is being held in the body.

In Ayurveda, the body is always communicating.

When stress builds up in the body, it affects:

  • How you digest food

  • How your energy is produced and sustained

  • How your body holds tension

The goal is not to fix symptoms individually, but to regulate the system behind them.

A structured system combining Ayurveda-based body awareness, digestion support, nervous system regulation, and meditation practices.

Designed to help the body return to a more stable and balanced state.
